We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FELAZI. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, we offer a simple return policy. You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.

You also have the option to exchange an item.

To arrange a return, you can easily register your return via our WhatsApp number (06) 24 18 16 24. There you will receive personal assistance with returning your product.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will proceed with processing your return. Depending on your preference, we can provide you with a refund or exchange the item for another product. We strive to handle this process as quickly as possible.

Return costs are at the customer's expense.

Exchanges are always free.

Return Conditions
Please note some important points regarding returns:

• The item must be in the same condition as received, including all original tags and packaging.
• We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
• Products must be unworn, unused, and free from odors or signs of use.
  If this is not the case, FELAZI reserves the right to partially or fully refuse a return.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return conditions.

Sale items are excluded from return and refund. Exchange is possible within the applicable exchange conditions and subject to availability.
